DOMESTIC ORDERS:

PLEASE ALLOW 3-7 WORKING DAYS FOR ORDER FULFILLMENT NOTICE AND TRACKING INFORMATION

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. once your order is packed you will receive a second email with tracking information. during times of high volume such as new drops, please allow 7 working days to receive your tracking information email.

All orders are Hand packed by Paris & myself so please be patient as this is not a big operation and we do most things ourselves.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All USA & EUROPE orders are sent via DHL express 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

We do not cover international duties, taxes or border charges from local authorities. these are not calculated at checkout. all countries have different rules regarding import duties and taxes so we strongly encourage you to check with your local authorities as to what you may be charged.

not all orders will face duties and taxes but it is important to check in order to avoid any surprises or delays on your order. after placing your order, if you decide not to pay your local duties and taxes and reject your parcel, we will only refund once the package is received back to our warehouse. any return fees and handling charges will be deducted from your refunded amount

RETURNS

We accept returns for full refunds as long as the clothing has not been worn and has no clear marks and is no longer than 7 days after receiving the garment. We do not cover shipping fee on returns.

There are no refunds on sale items, we accept size changes and if there is not your desired size, then we can exchange for a different item.
