SHIPPING AND COLLECTING INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES

International orders will be shipped with DHL Express. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the DHL tracking number by email and your parcel can then be tracked on www.dhl.com. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since DHL couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified shipping address at the time of the delivery.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemised on the order summary page. We ship to most countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of purchase and there will be no surprises or hidden fees when your order arrives at your destination. RETURNS

We accept returns for full refunds as long as the clothing has not been worn and has no clear marks and is no longer than 14 days after receiving the garment. We do not cover shipping fee on returns.
